As a child I used to walk to school. I made my journey enjoyable by making every trip an expedition. I used to look for letters or the wonders of the world in the objects I saw. I would try to locate all the fruit trees on the way. I soon discovered my entire neighborhood and was very aware of my surroundings. This also helped me to divert my mind away from the intense summer heat.
