When my son was 4½ years old, I bought some plants for a house. We used to water them every day. One day we were traveling from Pune to Mumbai and he inquired if it rained every day. Upon being told that it rains only during the monsoons, he wondered who waters all the trees in the forest. His wondering became a starting point for us to discuss various related topics and gave us another opportunity to bond. Nurture the curiosity in a child and as adults, do not lose it.
